Program & practical information

Welcome to our Salsa Summer Camp at Bolærne, Tønsberg. Here you will find practical information related to your participation in Salsa Summer Camp.

There might be some changes to this timetable due to the weather or to other inconveniences, but you can keep updated here prior to the camp and on the information board at reception at Bolærne during your stay. Breakfast  is included for accommodation booked via Bolærne. People staying in tents, boats or the Kommandantboligen you can by breakfast tickets in the cafeteria. For lunch and dinner buffet, you also buy the tickets in the cafeteria.

Beaching

If the weather gods are with us this week, we will set up music equipment at the beach next to the boat house and we will gather there during the day. Bring your bathing suits or shorts and join us!

09:30 – 18:00 The arrival of instructors, guests and Summer Camp participants. Check in at Bolærne Fort.
17:00 - onwards Check in at Kommandantboligen. For early arrivals, leave you luggage at Bolærne reception
19:00 - 20:00 Registration in the Kommandantbolig.
20:00 – 02:00 Get-together barbecue party. Get to know the other participants. Bring your own food (you can buy food in the shop at Bolærne)
